摘要
通过调研古籍文献、梳理中医药现代研究成果,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳竹叶和淡竹叶:竹叶功效主要为清热泻火、除烦生津,淡竹叶功效主要为清热泻火,除烦止渴,利尿通淋;竹叶症靶为发热,淡竹叶症靶为发热,小便涩痛。现代药理研究发现,竹叶、淡竹叶及其有效成分均具有退热,抗炎、抗氧化等作用。竹叶和淡竹叶均无明显毒性,但淡竹叶不适用孕妇等特殊用药群体。竹叶临床常用剂量为9~20 g;淡竹叶临床常用剂量为6~10 g。
Through the investigation of ancient books,the modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and the combing of research results,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical field of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that bamboo leaves and lophatherum herb have the following characteristics:The functions of bamboo leaves feature mainly clearing heat-fire,removing vexation and promoting the production of body fluids,while the functions of lophatherum herb feature mainly clearing heat-fire,removing vexation and quenching thirst,and inducing diuresis and freeing strangury.The symptom targets of bamboo leaves involve fever and heartburn,while the symptom targets of lophatherum herb involve fever,heartburn,difficulty and pain in micturition.Modern pharmacological research has found that bamboo leaves,lophatherum herb,and their active ingredients have the antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.The two herbs have no obvious toxicity,but lophatherum herb is not suitable for special groups such as pregnant women.The commonly used clinical dosage for bamboo leaves is 9-20g,and for lophatherum herb 6-10g.
