摘要
文章针对船舶主机功率输出组件因振动剧烈导致的失效问题,基于故障诊断实践,分析了高弹性联轴器、万向联轴器、弹性支撑及减振器的结构特点,建立了转子不平衡、轴系不对中、轴承故障及机械松动的力学模型,研究其振动故障特性,总结提炼了不同类型振动的敏感参数。同时,提出了一套基于设备点检的振动故障现场诊断方法,通过测振仪与频谱分析仪结合,实现了故障的快速定位与准确诊断。经实船验证,该方法简单可靠,为船舶动力系统维护提供了有效技术支撑。
Aiming at the failure of power output components of the marine main engine due to severe vibration,and based on the practice of fault diagnosis,this paper analyzed the structural characteristics of high-elastic coupling,universal coupling,intermediate support and shock absorber,established the mechanical models of rotor unbalance,shafting misalignment,bearing failure and mechanical looseness,and studied their vibration characteristics and spectrum characteristics.Finally,this paper summarized and refined the sensitive parameters of different types of vibration,and proposed a set of on-site diagnosis methods of vibration fault based on equipment spot inspection,which realized fast location and accurate diagnosis of failure.The practice and verification with actual ships have also proved that this simple and reliable method technically supported the maintenance of the marine power system.
