摘要
2024年为低空经济元年,低空经济阶段性的快速发展使其成为推动县域经济转型升级的新抓手,为县域经济发展提供了新路径。本文分析了低空经济在县域的发展现状,阐述了低空经济通过产业升级、创新驱动和市场拓展三大核心路径赋能实现县域高质量发展,同时指出其在基础设施、制度供给、技术人才等方面面临的挑战,并分别从科学规划与政策支持、技术创新与人才培养、促进产业协同发展、拓展应用场景与市场等几个方面提出了低空经济赋能县域高质量发展的实施路径,以期为县域发展低空经济提供有针对性的理论支撑与实践指引,助力其实现高质量发展。
In 2024,recognized as the inaugural year of the low-altitude economy,its rapid phased development has made it a new driving force for county-level economic transformation and upgrading,providing fresh pathways for regional growth.This paper analyzes the current development status of the low-altitude economy in county areas and elaborates on how it empowers high-quality county development through three core pathways:industrial upgrading,innovation-driven growth,and market expansion.Meanwhile,it identifies key challenges in infrastructure,institutional supply,and technological talent.Accordingly,the paper proposes implementation paths for promoting high-quality county development through the low-altitude economy,including scientific planning and policy support,technological innovation and talent cultivation,industrial synergy promotion,and expansion of application scenarios and markets.The study aims to provide targeted theoretical support and practical guidance for developing the low-altitude economy at the county level and facilitating high-quality regional development.
