摘要
低空经济作为新质生产力的典型代表,已成为推动我国经济高质量发展的新引擎。具体而言,低空经济能够通过提供科技创新动力、产业创新动力赋能新质生产力发展;通过缩短区域时空距离、加强区域合作联系协调赋能新质生产力发展;通过推动绿色化技术应用、构建绿色低碳的产业体系赋能新质生产力发展;通过构建开放的创新生态、营造积极的开放环境赋能新质生产力发展;通过产业链增值效应、跨界融合机制共享赋能新质生产力发展。基于此,本文从新发展理念的五个维度提出实现路径与发展建议,旨在进一步强化低空经济对新质生产力发展的赋能效应提供路径指引。
As a typical representative of new quality productive forces,the low-altitude economy has become a new engine driving China’s high-quality economic development.Specifically,the low-altitude economy empowers the development of new quality productive forces by providing technological and industrial innovation momentum;by shortening regional time–space distances and strengthening regional cooperation and coordination;by promoting the application of green technologies and building a green,low-carbon industrial system;by fostering an open innovation ecosystem and creating a favorable environment for openness;and by enhancing industrial value chains and facilitating cross-border integration and sharing.Based on this,this paper proposes realization paths and development recommendations from the perspective of the five dimensions of the new development philosophy,with the aim of further strengthening the enabling effect of the low-altitude economy on the development of new quality productive forces and providing practical guidance.
