摘要
试验旨在研究施加不同用量的猪粪对不同土壤肥力的旱作土壤中铵态氮吸附特征。运用室内土壤培养试验,将低等、中等、高等肥力的土壤分别进行不同猪粪施用量处理,选取Langmuir等温吸附模型进行土壤铵态氮等温吸附性能的拟合。研究结果表明,猪粪添加量和土壤肥力水平都会影响土壤对铵态氮的吸附作用效果,土壤肥力水平相同时增加猪粪用量,土壤铵态氮吸附量减小,吸附能力减弱;相同猪粪添加量提高土壤肥力水平时结果一致。且随着土壤肥力水平和猪粪用量的提高,土壤铵态氮含量增加,其流失风险增加。猪粪不同添加量对土壤铵态氮吸附量由小到大表现为:M4<M2<M1<M0;当猪粪添加量相同时,低、中、高肥土壤铵态氮吸附量由大到小表现为:T0>T2>T4。其中,高肥土壤(T4)添加高量猪粪(M4),土壤铵态氮最大吸附量最小,为565.65 mg/kg。
The purpose of this study was to study the adsorption characteristics of ammonium nitrogen in dryland soils with different soil fertility under different amounts of pig manure.Indoor soil culture experiments were used to treat the low,medium and high fertility soils with different pig manure application rates,and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model was selected to fit the isothermal adsorption performance of soil ammonium nitrogen.The results showed that the amount of pig manure added and the level of soil fertility would affect the adsorption effect of soil on ammonium nitrogen,and the adsorption capacity of soil ammonium nitrogen decreased when the amount of pig manure was increased when the soil fertility level was the same.The results were consistent when the soil fertility level was increased by the same pig manure addition.With the increase of soil fertility level and pig manure use,the content of soil ammonium nitrogen increased,and the risk of soil loss increased.The varying amounts of pig manure result in different levels of soil ammonium nitrogen adsorption,with the order being:M4<M2<M1<M0.When the amount of pig manure is the same,the adsorption capacity of ammonium nitrogen in low,medium,and high fertility soils follows this order:T0>T2>T4.Specifically,in high fertility soil(T4)with high pig manure addition(M4),the maximum adsorption capacity for soil ammonium nitrogen is the lowest,at 565.65 mg/kg.
