不同加气灌溉时期对温室‘弗雷’葡萄果实品质的影响

Effect of Different Aerated Irrigation Periods on Fruit Quality of Greenhouse Grown‘Flame Seedless’Grapes

摘要 为了探究相同加气频率下不同加气灌溉时期对温室葡萄果实品质的影响,试验以6 a生‘弗雷’葡萄为试材,采用地下穴贮滴灌装置对葡萄根际土壤通气,设置不加气(CK)、转色前期加气14 d(T1)、转色后期加气14 d(T2)以及全生育期加气(T3)4个处理,测定葡萄可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、总酚、花色苷、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素等果实品质指标,以筛选出提高‘弗雷’葡萄果实品质的最佳加气灌溉时期。结果表明,加气灌溉处理对‘弗雷’葡萄果实品质的提高有显著促进作用。其中,T2(转色后期加气14 d)处理有效促进了‘弗雷’葡萄果实着色,显著提高了‘弗雷’葡萄果实可溶性固形物、总花色苷以及总酚含量,但降低了可滴定酸含量。与其他处理相比,T3(全生育期加气)处理显著提高了葡萄果实纵横径、果形指数、百粒质量等外观品质及维生素C含量,并降低了果实叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量。各处理果实品质综合得分排序为T2>T3>T1>CK。综上,同一加气频率下转色后加气14 d处理对‘弗雷’葡萄综合品质提升效果最好。 To investigate the effects of different aerated irrigation periods on the quality of greenhouse-grown‘Flame Seedless’grapes under a consistent aerating frequency,a study was conducted using six-year-old‘Flame Seedless’grapevines as materials.Rhizosphere aeration was achieved using an un-derground pit-reservoir drip irrigation system.Four treatments were set up:no aeration(CK),aeration for 14 days before the onset of berry coloration(T1),aeration for 14 days after the onset of coloration(T2),and continuous aeration throughout the entire reproductive period(T3).Fruit quality parame-ters including soluble solids,titratable acidity,total phenols,anthocyanins,chlorophyll,and carotenoids were measured to identify the optimal aerated irrigation period for enhancing grape quality.The results showed that all aerated treatments significantly improved fruit quality compared to the control.Among them,the T2 treatment effectively enhanced berry coloration and significantly increased the contents of soluble solids,total anthocyanins,and total phenols,while reducing titratable acidity.In contrast,the T3 treatment significantly improved appearance traits such as berry length-to-width rati-o,shape index,and hundred-berry mass as well as vitamin C content,while decreasing chlorophyll and carotenoid levels in the berries.The comprehensive fruit quality ranking across treatments was:T2>T3>T1>CK.In conclusion,under identical aeration frequencies,the T2 treatment yields the greatest improvement in the overall quality of‘Flame Seedless’grapes.
