摘要
在我国新时代快速发展的大背景下,民办高校已成为高等教育的重要构成,在人才培育方面作用显著。思政课作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,其教师队伍建设的重要性不言而喻,直接关系到人才培养的质量和方向。因而迫切需要吉林省民办高校积极创新思政课教师队伍建设,用于提升思政教师的专业素养和教学能力,以更好地发挥思政课作为“关键课程”的作用,为培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人贡献力量。旨在对新时代背景下吉林省民办高校创新思政课教师队伍建设的迫切性、需关注的关键要素和有效路径进行探索。
In the backdrop of rapid development in China’s new era,private universities have become an important component of higher education and play a significant role in talent cultivation.As a key course for implementing the fundamental task of moral education,the importance of building a teacher team in ideological and political education is self-evident,which directly affects the quality and direction of talent cultivation.Therefore,there is an urgent need for private universities in Jilin Province to actively innovate the construction of the ideological and political education teacher teams,in order to enhance the professional competence and teaching ability of ideological and political education teachers,better play the role of ideological and political education as a“key course”,and contribute to the cultivation of new era talents who shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.This article aims to explore the urgency,key elements that need attention,and effective paths for the construction of innovative ideological and political course teacher teams in private universities in Jilin Province under the background of the new era.
