摘要
在全球供应链风险加剧背景下,为健全提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平制度,利用中国数据交易平台分批次设立的准自然实验场景,采用2011-2022年A股上市公司面板数据与多期双重差分模型,考察数据要素市场化政策对企业供应链韧性的作用机制。研究发现:数据交易平台政策显著提升企业供应链韧性,新质生产力在该过程中发挥正向调节效应;其作用路径包括推动企业数字化转型与增强企业竞争力。异质性检验表明,政策效果在数据资产披露水平较低、研发投入较高的企业及东部地区更为显著;且与创新型城市试点政策存在协同增效作用。为数据要素市场建设与供应链韧性提升提供了理论依据。
Against the backdrop of escalating global supply chain risks,this paper constructs a“data-driven technology-empowered policy-coordinated”analytical framework from the perspective of dynamic regulation by new productive forces,leverages the quasi-natural experimental setting formed by the phased establishment of China’s data trading platforms,and employs panel data of A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022 together with a multi-period difference-in-differences(DID)model to investigate the mechanism through which data factor marketization policies influence corporate supply chain resilience.The study finds that data trading platform policies significantly enhance supply chain resilience,with new productive forces playing a positive regulatory role in this process,and the transmission pathways include promoting corporate digital transformation,strengthening market competitiveness,and optimizing the allocation efficiency of data factors.Heterogeneity tests reveal more pronounced policy effects in enterprises with low data asset disclosure levels,high R&D investment,and those located in eastern regions,and there exists a significant synergistic effect between data trading platform policies and innovative city pilot policies.This research provides theoretical foundations for advancing data factor market construction and enhancing supply chain resilience.
