摘要
目的:探讨温经散寒方联合中药熏蒸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性选取2022年7月至2024年6月在福建省泉州市正骨医院接受治疗的150例RA患者。患者按纳入顺序编号,通过随机数表法分为两组,每组各75例。对照组单用西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用温经散寒方联合中药熏蒸治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组各项中医症状评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平更低(P<0.05),血清骨钙素(OC)水平、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端前肽(PINP)水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:温经散寒方联合中药熏蒸治疗寒湿痹阻型RA的临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,调节其炎症细胞因子及骨代谢指标水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Sanhan Formula combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with cold-dampness obstruction.Methods:A total of 150 RA patients treated at Quanzhou Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were prospectively selected.The patients were numbered in order of enrollment and randomly divided into two groups(75 cases each)using a random number table.The control group received conventional Western medicine alone,while the observation group received additional treatment with Wenjing Sanhan Formula combined with Chinese herbal fumigation on the basis of the control group’s therapy.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly lower scores for TCM symptoms,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)levels(P<0.05),while serum osteocalcin(OC)and type I procollagen carboxyl-terminal propeptide(PINP)levels were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing Sanhan Formula combined with Chinese herbal fumigation demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating RA with cold-dampness obstruction,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms and regulating inflammatory cytokines and bone metabolism indicators.
