摘要
目的采用可视化软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer分析寒湿痹阻证的研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网数据库中2001年1月至2022年3月相关文献,使用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献1106篇。发文量呈逐渐上升趋势;发文量较多的作者以姜泉、吴洋为代表;发文最多的机构是河南中医药大学;关键词分析提示,研究内容包括寒湿痹阻中医证型研究、临床疾病、中医药治疗等,共形成11个主要聚类标签。结论知识谱图直观法分析了寒湿痹阻证领域的发展状况,揭示其研究热点及发展趋势,以期为相关研究提供新的价值参考。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of cold-damp paralysis evidence by visualization software CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Methods Relevant literatures from January 2001 to March 2022 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and authors,institutions,and keywords were visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 1106 articles were included.The number of publications showed a gradual increase;the authors with more publications were represented by Jiang Quan,Wu Yang;the institution with the most publications was Henan University of Chinese Medicine;the keyword analysis suggested that the research content included cold-damp paralysis Chinese medicine evidence type research,clinical disease,and Chinese medicine treatment,etc.,and 11 main clustering tags were formed.Conclusion The knowledge spectrum map visualization method analyzes the development status of the field of cold-damp paralysis evidence and reveals its research hotspots and development trends,in order to provide new value references for related research.
