摘要
针对汽车、新能源、3C电子等行业对高精度、自动化涂胶工艺的需求,设计并开发了一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的定量涂胶系统,该系统由定量涂胶机与定量涂胶控制系统构成,机械部分采用伺服电机驱动滚柱丝杆的精密计量机构,集成了压力传感、温度控制、位置检测单元;定量涂胶控制系统基于PLC实现了伺服运动控制、温度控制、多传感器通信与人机交互的协同管理,提出了基于机器人速度实时反馈的胶型控制算法,实现了出胶流量与轨迹速度的自适应匹配。搭建了包含六轴机器人的实验平台,进行了菱形、Z形、S形等多种轨迹的涂胶实验。结果表明,该系统出胶稳定、胶型均匀,能够有效支持复杂轨迹的自动化涂胶作业,具备良好的工程应用前景。
Aiming at the demand of high precision and automatic coating process in automobile,new energy,3C electronics and other industries,a quantitative coating system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)is de⁃signed and developed.The system consists of a quantitative coating machine and a quantitative coating control sys⁃tem.The mechanical part adopts a precision measuring mechanism of roller screw driven by servo motor,which inte⁃grates pressure sensing,temperature control and position detection units.Based on PLC,the quantitative coating control system realizes the coordinated management of servo motion control,temperature control,multi-sensor com⁃munication and human-computer interaction.A glue control algorithm based on real-time feedback of robot speed is proposed to realize the adaptive matching of glue flow and trajectory speed.An experimental platform including a six-axis robot was built,and the glue coating experiments of diamond,Z-shaped,S-shaped and other trajectories were carried out.The results show that the system has stable glue output and uniform glue shape,which can effec⁃tively support the automatic glue coating operation of complex trajectories and has good engineering application prospects.
