生物胶固定补片联合预见护理在腹腔镜下的修补技术应用

摘要 为探究生物胶固定补片联合预见护理在腹腔镜下经腹膜前疝补片修补术中的应用效果,本研究选取生物胶与疝补片材料,通过试验测试其粘接性能,并结合临床护理方案,分析该联合方案对手术效果及患者恢复的影响。试验选用生物胶(纤维蛋白胶)和疝补片(轻量型大网孔聚丙烯补片)。同时,选取接受腹腔镜下经腹膜前疝补片修补术手术的患者80例,随机分为对照组(采用传统缝合固定补片+常规护理)和观察组(采用生物胶固定补片+预见护理),对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果显示:生物胶与轻量型大网孔聚丙烯补片粘接性能良好,剪切粘接强度高;临床应用中,观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、住院时间及并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。由此说明,生物胶固定补片联合预见护理能有效优化腹腔镜下经腹膜前疝补片修补术效果,促进患者恢复。 To explore the application effect of biological glue fixed mesh combined with predictive nursing in lapa⁃roscopic preperitoneal hernia repair,this study selected biological glue and hernia patch materials,tested their bonding properties through experiments,and combined with clinical nursing programs,analyzed the effect of the combined program on the surgical effect and patient recovery.The test used biological glue(fibrin glue)and hernia patch(lightweight large mesh polypropylene patch).At the same time,80 patients who underwent laparoscopic pre⁃peritoneal hernia patch repair were randomly divided into control group(traditional suture fixation patch+routine nursing)and observation group(biological glue fixation patch+predictive nursing).The operation time,intraopera⁃tive blood loss,hospitalization time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the bioadhesive had good bonding performance and high shear bonding strength with lightweight large mesh polypropylene patch.In clinical application,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain score,hospitalization time and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,biological glue fixed mesh combined with predictive nursing can effectively optimize the ef⁃fect of laparoscopic preperitoneal hernia repair and promote the recovery of patients.
