摘要
目的观察分析对接受直肠癌根治术的患者采用预见性护理的临床效果。方法纳入2021年2月至2023年2月江苏省徐州市丰县人民医院收治的40例接受直肠癌根治术的患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将患者分配到两个组别:对照组和观察组各有20例患者。对照组患者在手术前后接受常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上增加预见性护理措施。两组评估指标包括并发症发生率、患者对护理服务的满意度。结果术后并发症发生率组间对比,观察组较对照组更低,P<0.05。对护理服务满意度组间对比,观察组较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论预见性护理可显著降低直肠癌根治术后患者并发症发生率,有效提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of predictive nursing for patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:From February 2021 to February 2023,40 patients who underwent radical resection of rectal cancer in Fengxian People's Hospital of Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group with 20 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing measures before and after operation,while patients in the observation group added predictive nursing measures on this basis.The evaluation indexes of the two groups include the incidence of complications and patients'satisfaction with nursing services.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Predictive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of complications after radical resection of rectal cancer and effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
