摘要
针对传统废气处理存在处理效率低、能耗高、设备复杂的问题,提出一种VOCs废气吸附剂,并对其吸附效果进行分析。试验结果表明,当多壁碳纳米管用量为60%制备的吸附剂在吸附温度为30℃,气体流速为80 m L/min的条件下,吸附剂对VOCs分子的平衡吸附量达到47 mg/g,表现出良好的吸附效果;经过多次重复后,吸附剂对VOCs分子的平衡吸附量有所下降,但下降趋势较小,表现出良好的重复再生性能。由此得出,吸附剂对VOCs分子的吸附更符合准二级模型,其吸附过程为物理吸附。
Aiming at the problems of low treatment efficiency,high energy consumption and complex equipment in traditional waste gas treatment,a VOCs waste gas adsorbent was proposed and its adsorption effect was analyzed.The results showed that when the amount of multi-walled carbon nanotubes was 60%,the equilibrium adsorption ca⁃pacity of the adsorbent to VOCs molecules reached 47 mg/g under the conditions of adsorption temperature of 30℃and gas flow rate of 80 mL/min,showing good adsorption effect.After repeated experiments,the equilibrium adsorp⁃tion capacity of the adsorbent for VOCs molecules decreased,but the downward trend was small,showing good re⁃peated regeneration performance.It is concluded that the adsorption of VOCs molecules by the adsorbent is more in line with the quasi-second-order model,and the adsorption process is physical adsorption.
