摘要
文中针对船舶涂装过程中VOCs逸散的特点,设计了防VOCs逸散的吸气罩,搭建了试验台,对设计的吸气罩进行了流速场测试,验证了吸气罩在不同距离处的风速分布.并通过现场试验对实现了对船舶涂装过程中VOCs的有效捕集,降低了VOCs的排放量,最终提出了收集气体的净化方案.该方案采用二次再生浓缩技术,通过快速吹扫浓缩VOCs,分离水分,再使用氮气保护再生,两级浓缩体系高效,冷凝液可再生利用,辅助涂层干燥.
According to the characteristics of VOCs escaping in the process of ship painting,a suction hood to prevent VOCs escaping was designed and a test bench was built.The velocity field of the designed suction hood was tested,and the distribution of wind speed at different distances was verified.Through the field test,the VOCs were effectively captured in the process of ship painting,and the emission of VOCs was reduced.Finally,the purification scheme of collected gas was put forward.In this scheme,the secondary regeneration and concentration technology is adopted,VOCs are concentrated by rapid purging,moisture is separated,and then nitrogen is used for protection and regeneration.The two-stage concentration system is efficient,the condensate can be recycled,and the coating can be dried.
