摘要
本文介绍了智能手机组装过程中主要使用的胶粘剂,包括手机主板、显示模组、后盖与中框、侧按键、HOME键、天线及防水密封等场景中使用的胶粘剂的种类及性能要求。手机组装胶粘剂按化学类型分类,包括压敏胶带、环氧胶、UV(Ultraviolet,紫外线)胶、有机硅胶、热熔胶、PUR(Polyurethane Reactive,反应型聚氨酯)热熔胶、MS(Modified Silane,改性硅烷)胶等众多类型。按功能分类,除粘接和密封胶外,还包括光学胶、导热胶、导电胶、电磁屏蔽胶、共性覆膜涂料等。
This paper introduces the main adhesives used in the assembly process of smart phones,including the types and performance requirements of adhesives used in mobile phone motherboard,display module,back cover and middle frame,side key,HOME key,antenna and waterproof sealing.Adhesives for mobile phone assembly are classified according to chemical types,including pressure-sensitive adhesive tape,epoxy adhesive,UV(Ultraviolet,Ultraviolet)adhesive,organic silica gel,hot melt adhesive,PUR(Polyurethane Reactive)hot melt adhesive,MS(Modified Silane)adhesive and many other types.According to the functional classification,in addition to adhesive and sealant,it also includes optical adhesive,thermal conductive adhesive,conductive adhesive,electromagnetic shielding adhesive,common coating and so on.
