摘要
试验采用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(俗称107胶)为基础材料,以碳酸钙填料补强,并加入各类功能助剂,研制一款硫化速度快、施工效率高硅酮密封胶。试验过程中分析了配方体系填料、助剂选择及施工环境对密封胶硫化速率的影响。结果表明:补强填料纳米碳酸钙80份、交联剂3.5份、催化剂0.2份,按该配方制备的硅酮密封胶在标准室温环境下硫化性能优异、24 h完全固化。
In the experiment,α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(commonly known as 107 rubber)was used as the basic material,calcium carbonate filler was used for reinforcement,and various functional additives were added to develop a silicone sealant with fast vulcanization speed and high construction efficiency.During the test,the ef⁃fects of filler,additive selection and construction environment on the vulcanization rate of sealant were analyzed.The results showed that the silicone sealant prepared according to the formula had excellent vulcanization perfor⁃mance at standard room temperature and was completely cured in 24 hours when the reinforcing filler nano-calcium carbonate was 80 phr,the crosslinking agent was 3.5 phr and the catalyst was 0.2 phr.
