摘要
研究了2种典型连接方式和2种不同环氧胶粘剂A与B(我司与国外对比样品),与不同基材粘接接头的耐盐雾腐蚀老化、循环疲劳和面上冲击性能,包括盐雾老化、疲劳循环和面上冲击对同种和不同材料通过胶接、螺接+胶接两种方式连接结构制备的拉伸剪切强度的影响。结果表明:环氧胶A对有机玻璃的粘接强度较高,相对B更适用于对有机玻璃的粘接,优于B对比样品;螺接+胶接的混合连接形式,碳纤维/碳纤维的拉伸强度高于铝合金/铝合金混合连接试验件,经盐雾老化、面外冲击和疲劳老化后,整体性能较为稳定,无明显下降。
The salt spray corrosion aging resistance,cyclic fatigue and surface impact properties of two typical con⁃nection methods and two different epoxy adhesives A and B(our company and foreign comparison samples)bonded joints with different substrates were studied.The effects of salt spray aging,fatigue cycle and surface impact on the tensile shear strength of the same and different materials bonded by adhesive bonding and screw+adhesive bonding were studied.The results show that the bonding strength of epoxy adhesive A to organic glass is higher,and it is more suitable for the bonding of organic glass than B,which is better than that of B contrast sample.The tensile strength of carbon fiber/carbon fiber is higher than that of aluminum alloy/aluminum alloy hybrid connection test piece.After salt spray aging,out-of-plane impact and fatigue aging,the overall performance is relatively stable and does not decrease significantly.
