摘要
近年来,随着我国汽车出口规模的迅速扩大,商品汽车滚装运输需求持续上升,逐步形成以海运为主、铁路与公路运输为辅的多元化出口运输体系。本文在梳理我国商品汽车滚装运输现状的基础上,运用SWOT分析法系统评估其发展优势与挑战,指出当前在运力配置、航线布局、港航协同等方面仍存在制约。为推动滚装运输高质量发展,提出加强运力建设、推广绿色航运、完善政策激励、优化口岸环境及防控系统风险等策略建议,为我国整车出口运输能力持续提升提供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid expansion of China’s automobile exports,the demand for ro-ro transportation of commercial vehicles has continued to grow,gradually forming a diversified export system dominated by maritime transport and supplemented by railway and road modes.Based on a review of the current status of China’s commercial vehicle ro-ro transportation,this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method to systematically evaluate its development advantages and challenges.It identifies constraints in areas such as capacity deployment,route planning,and port-shipping coordination.To promote the high-quality development of ro-ro transportation,this study proposes strategic recommendations including strengthening capacity building,promoting green shipping,improving policy incentives,optimizing port environments,and enhancing risk prevention mechanisms.These findings aim to support the continuous improvement of China’s vehicle export logistics capacity.
