基质类型对沉水植物生长及根际微生物的影响

Effects of Substrate Type on the Growth of Submerged Macrophytes and Rhizosphere Microorganisms

摘要 为了解不同基质对沉水植物苦草生长及根际微生物的影响,设置3个处理组膨润土(T1)、陶粒(T2)、蛭石(T3)和一个对照组(CK),分别种植苦草。每隔10 d采样1次苦草叶片,测量其株高、生物量、根长以及叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果表明,培养30 d后,T3组苦草湿质量、新生根长、株高均显著优于其他组(P<0.05);T2组叶绿素含量最高(2.09 mg/g)。在整个培养期间各组苦草叶片丙二醛含量差异显著(P<0.05),其中T3组30 d时降至6.95 nmol/g,较CK组降低54.6%,并且T3组在20 d时叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性达峰值342.16 U/g,较初始值增长140.7%,显著高于CK组同期值(243.16 U/g)。微生物分析显示,优势菌门种类未变但丰度差异显著(P<0.05),变形菌门(Proteobacteria)在T1组占比最高(42%)。指出,蛭石(T3)促生长效果最佳。 To investigate the effects of different substrates on the growth of the submerged plant Vallisneria natans and its rhizosphere microorganisms,three treatment groups—bentonite(T1),ceramsite(T2),and vermiculite(T3)—along with a control group(CK)were established,with Vallisneria natans planted in each.Samples of Vallisneria natans leaves were collected every 10 days to measure plant height,biomass,root length,as well as chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity.The results showed that after 30 days of cultivation,the wet weight,new root length,and plant height of Vallisneria natans in the T3 group were significantly superior to those in the other groups(P<0.05);the T2 group had the highest chlorophyll content(2.09 mg/g).Throughout the cultivation period,significant differences in leaf MDA content were observed among the groups(P<0.05),with the T3 group showing a decrease to 6.95 nmol/g at 30 days,a 54.6%reduction compared to the CK group.Additionally,the leaf SOD activity in the T3 group peaked at 342.16 U/g at 20 days,representing a 140.7% increase from the initial value and significantly higher than the corresponding value in the CK group(243.16 U/g).Microbial analysis revealed that while the dominant phyla remained unchanged,significant differences in abundance were observed among the groups(P<0.05),with Proteobacteria having the highest proportion(42%)in the T1 group.It was concluded that vermiculite(T3)exhibited the best growth-promoting effect.
