摘要 [目的]弄清不同基质对生活污水氮磷去除效果,寻求适宜于农村生活污水去除的基质及其投放量。[方法]以沸石和陶粒为研究对象,通过室内培养、吸附动力学模型和等温吸附模型,探究单一基质或基质组合对模拟农村生活污水中的全磷(TP)和铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)的吸附特性。[结果](1)基质投加量的增加可以提升氮磷的去除率,16 g/L是最适宜的基质投加量。(2)沸石与陶粒对NH_(4)^(+)-N的饱和吸附量分别为10.53 mg/g和3.16 mg/g,对TP的饱和吸附量分别为1.20 mg/g和7.28 mg/g,沸石与陶粒对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP的吸附方式均以单分子层吸附为主,并以化学吸附为主。(3)沸石和陶粒1∶1的组合(FT11)对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP的吸附效果较好,是筛选的最优基质组合。[结论]沸石与陶粒对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP的吸附过程均更符合Langmuir模型,该研究结果可望为研究区农村生活污水净化与高效生态浮床的构建提供科技支撑。 [Objective]To clarify the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus from domestic sewage by different substrates and to identify the suitable substrates and their dosage for rural domestic sewage treatment.[Methods]Taking zeolite and ceramsite as the research objects,their adsorption characteristics of a single substrate or substrate combinations on total phosphorus(TP)and ammonium nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)removal from simulated rural domestic sewage were investigated through indoor incubation,adsorption kinetic models,and isothermal adsorption models.[Results](1)Increasing the substrate dosage could improve the removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus,and 16 g/L was the most suitable substrate dosage.(2)The adsorption capacities of zeolite and ceramsite for NH_(4)^(+)-N were 10.53 mg/g and 3.16 mg/g,respectively,while those for TP were 1.20 mg/g and 7.28 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP by zeolite and ceramsite mainly followed monolayer adsorption behaviour with chemisorption as the dominant mechanism.(3)The 1∶1 mixture of zeolite and ceramsite(FT11)demonstrated better adsorption performance for NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP and was identified as the optimal substrate combination.[Conclusion]In general,the adsorption processes of NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP by zeolite and ceramsite are more consistent with the Langmuir model.The results provide scientific support for the purification of rural domestic sewage and the construction of efficient ecological floating beds in the study area.
