摘要
目的分析《金匮要略》治疗小便异常的相关用药规律,探讨张仲景治疗小便不利的辨证思路,为临床治疗小便异常提供理论依据。方法将《金匮要略》中治疗小便不利的方药录入WPS建立数据库,对单味药物的归经、性味、频数、频率进行统计。以IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0等行关联度及聚类分析。结果共收录处方29首,47味中药,所有药物中使用频率前两位的是甘草,茯苓;药物的四气使用频率为:寒性占40%,温性占35%;药物归经主要归于脾经、肺经和胃经;五味中以甘、苦为主;挖掘关联规则得到7项,高置信度规则的药对有:生姜-大枣、甘草-大枣等。聚类分析得到:3个单味药组,2组药对聚合组和3组多味药物聚合组。结论《金匮要略》中治疗小便异常多使用甘味和苦味药物。寒温并用,温助阳气,寒以破结。重视从脾胃论治,配伍精妙,临证具有参考价值。
Objective Analyze the relevant medication rules of the treatment of urinal abnormalities in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,explore Zhang Zhongjings thinking experience in the treatment of urinal abnormalities,and provide more ideas for contemporary clinicians to treat urinal abnormalities.Methods The prescriptions and drugs in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber for the treatment of adverse urination were entered into the WPS database to make statistics on the meridian,nature,taste,frequency and frequency of single drugs.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 etc were used for correlation and cluster analysis.Results A total of 29 prescriptions and 47 traditional Chinese medicines were included,among which liquorice and tuckahoe(茯苓)were the most frequently used;The use frequency of the four gases of the drug is:cold 40%,warm 35%;The meridians of drugs mainly belong to the spleen,lung and stomach meridians;The five flavors are mainly sweet and bitter;Mining association rules obtained 7items,There are drug pairs with high confidence rules-jujube,licorice-jujube,etc.Cluster analysis showed that there were three single drug groups,two drug pair polymerization groups and three multi-drug polymerization groups.Conclusion In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Zhongjing often uses sweet and bitter drugs to treat abnormal urination.Use both cold and warm to help Yang Qi and cold to break the knot.Pay attention to the treatment from the spleen and stomach,and the compatibility is exquisite,which has reference value in clinical treatment.
