高校实验室火灾爆炸事故致因文本挖掘与分析 被引量:1

Text Mining and Analysis of Causes of Fire and Explosion Accidents in Higher Education Laboratories

摘要 为从历史事故中学习经验教训以指导高校实验室安全管理实践,选取2000~2024年国内外81起高校实验室火灾爆炸事故的报告文本作为样本,运用文本挖掘技术进行事故致因因素分词与特征项处理,构建共现矩阵绘制事故致因共现网络,结合Apriori算法挖掘关联规则。研究表明,违规和错误操作、安全意识淡薄、管理不当是高校实验室火灾爆炸事故常见的诱因;安全意识淡薄、管理不当、错误操作的共同出现是主要致因模式;堆放可燃物、管理不当与事故发生具有强关联性。该方法降低了传统人为分析的主观性,揭示了事故致因的深层关联,可为事故预防提供精准的依据。 In order to learn lessons from historical laboratory fire and explosion accidents to guide the practice of laboratory safety management in universities,this study selected text information from 81 fire and explosion accidents in domestic and international university laboratories(2000~2024)as samples for text mining.The method uses text mining technology to process accident causation factors into word vectors,reduces feature item dimensions through co-occurrence matrix construction,and visualizes accident causation networks.The research combines Apriori algorithm to mine association rules among accident causes.Results reveal that illegal operations,poor safety awareness,and management deficiencies represent common causal factors in university laboratory fire and explosion accidents.The co-occurrence pattern of poor safety awareness,incorrect operations,and management flaws emerge as the primary causation mechanism.Combustible material accumulation and management deficiencies show strong correlations with accident occurrence.The findings demonstrate that text mining can effectively reduce the subjectivity of traditional manual analysis while uncovering deep connections between accident causes.This approach provides accurate technical support for preventing fire and explosion accidents in university laboratories.
