摘要
缺血性中风病位在脑,与神、督脉密切相关,其核心病机在于气血逆乱、脑脉痹阻。该文基于张道宗教授提出的“病变在脑、首取督脉”的学术思想,结合国医大师石学敏院士提出的“窍闭神匿,神不导气”,强调“通督”“调神”在治疗中风病的关键作用,治疗缺血性中风的理论支撑,以期为后续临床治疗提供新思路。
Ischemic stroke primarily affects the brain and is closely related to the Shen and Du meridians.The core pathogenesis lies in the disruption of Qi and blood flow,leading to obstruction of the brain vessels.This article is grounded in the academic theory proposed by Professor Zhang Daozong,which emphasizes the principle of"focusing on the Du meridian for brain-related disorders."Additionally,it integrates the ideas of Academician Shi Xue-min,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine master,who proposed that"the orifices are closed,the Shen is concealed,and the Shen does not guide the Qi."This highlights the importance of"unblocking the Du meridian"and"regulating the Shen"as key therapeutic approaches in treating stroke.The theoretical foundation for treating ischemic stroke aims to offer new perspectives for future treatments.
