摘要
乡村治理是国家治理的基石,乡村治理的有效性是推动乡村全面振兴的重要保障。新质生产力为乡村治理的高质量发展提供了强大的驱动力。当前,河南省乡村治理仍然存在乡村治理体系不健全、乡村产业间融合度不深、乡村生态环境破坏严重、乡村文化治理无序等诸多问题,提出以新质生产力为引擎,以科技创新为动力,从治理体系、产业融合、数字治理、生态保护、文化建设等多角度提升河南省乡村治理成效的对策建议。
Rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance,and its effectiveness is an important guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The new quality productive forces provides a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of rural governance.Currently,rural governance in Henan province still faces many problems,such as an incomplete rural governance system,insufficient integration among rural industries,severe damage to the rural ecological environment,and disorder cultural governance in rural areas.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of rural governance in Henan province from multiple perspectives of the governance system,industrial integration,digital governance,ecological protection,and cultural construction,with new quality productive forces as the engine and scientific and technological innovation as the driving force.
