摘要
电力控保装备的需求随着行业发展趋于个性化,企业的SMT柔性智能制造流水线小批量、多品种模式也趋于常态,在实际生产中必然存在生产平衡率较低且忙闲比率严重失衡问题。采用Petri网理论搭建智能流水线平衡模型,并使用Flexsim建模仿真简化Petri网计算,提高了分析效率,验证了Petri网建模可靠性,找出产线的加工瓶颈,并针对性展开原因分析和优化瓶颈工序加工内容。仿真显示改善方案生产线平衡率提高了29.3%,产能提高了51%,验证了仿真模型的可靠性和实用性。
The demand for power control and protection equipment has become increasingly personalized with the development of the industry,and the small-batch,multi-variety mode of SMT flexible intelligent manufacturing assembly lines in enterprises has also become the norm.In actual production,issues such as low production balance rates and severe imbalances in busy-toidle ratios inevitably arise.A Petri net theory-based intelligent assembly line balancing model has been established,and Flexsim modeling and simulation have been employed to simplify Petri net calculations,thereby enhancing analytical efficiency and validating the reliability of Petri net modeling.The processing bottlenecks of the production line have been identified,and targeted cause analysis and optimization of the processing content at bottleneck operations have been conducted.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed improvement scheme has increased the production line balance rate by 29.3%and enhanced production capacity by 51%,thereby verifying the reliability and practicality of the simulation model.
