摘要
饲料短缺一直是畜禽养殖面临的严峻问题,开发新型饲料资源已成为畜牧领域研究的热点。广西作为中国重要的农业大省,拥有丰富的农作物资源。这些丰产的农作物产生了大量的地源性饲料资源,包括甘蔗尾、桑枝叶、香蕉茎叶、木薯渣、花生藤、红薯藤等。由于当地农户对这些饲料资源的营养价值和应用技术了解不足,导致大多数资源利用率较低。若这些地源性饲料资源能够得到充分开发利用,可缓解饲料短缺问题,降低饲养成本,提高经济效益。本文对广西6种常见的地源性饲料资源的生物产量、营养价值、常用加工方法及其在动物生产上的应用进行综述,以期为提高广西地源性饲料资源的利用率提供参考依据。
Feed shortage has always been the serious problem faced by livestock feeding,and the development of new feed resources has become a significant research issue.As an important agricultural province in China,Guangxi has abundant crop resources,which not only produce high yields crop poduciton but also produce a large amount of local feedstuffs resources,including sugarcane tops,Mulberry branches and leaves,banana stems and leaves,cassava pulp,peanut vines,sweet potato vines,etc.However,the lack of knowlege of these feedstuffs`nutritional value and the application technology for livestock feeding has resulted in most of the resources in low utilization.If these local feedstuffs resources can be fully developed and utilized,they can reduce feeding costs and improve economic efficiency while alleviating the problem of feed shortage.Therefore,this article provides a comprehensive review of the biomass yield,nutritional value,common processing methods and their applications in animal production of the six common local feedstuffs,in order to provide reference for improving the utilization rate of local feedstuffs resources in Guangxi.
