不同乳杆菌组合对甘蔗尾青贮品质和有氧稳定性的影响

Effects of Different Lactobacillus Combinations on the Quality and Aerobic Stability of Sugarcane Tops Silage

摘要 该研究探究不同组合的发酵乳杆菌(G35)、植物乳杆菌(G32)和嗜酸乳杆菌(G3)对甘蔗尾青贮品质及有氧稳定性的影响。试验设对照组(不添加菌剂)和3个处理组,菌种配比分别为1∶1∶2(处理组1)、1∶2∶1(处理组2)和2∶1∶1(处理组3),每组4个重复,青贮60 d后分析各项指标。结果表明,处理组1干物质含量增加最显著(P<0.05),处理组3粗蛋白提升幅度最大(P<0.05)。各处理组pH值和酵母菌数均显著低于对照组,其中处理组2对酵母菌和霉菌的抑制效果最好(P<0.05)。经有氧暴露第3天和第7天后,处理组1和处理组2的pH值、大肠杆菌、酵母菌和霉菌数量均显著低于对照组。综上所述,3种乳杆菌通过代谢协同作用有效提升了甘蔗尾青贮品质,其中以1∶2∶1的比例添加时效果最优。 This study investigates the effects of different combinations of Lactobacillus fermentum(G35),Lactobacillus plantarum(G32),and Lactobacillus acidophilus(G3)on the quality and aerobic stability of sugarcane tail silage.The experiment consisted of a control group(without added microbial agents)and three treatment groups,with bacterial ratios of 1∶1∶2(treatment group one),1∶2∶1(treatment group two),and 2∶1∶1(treatment group three),with four replicates in each group.After 60 days of ensiling,various indicators were analyzed.The results showed that the dry matter content of treatment group one increased the most significantly(P<0.05),and the crude protein content of treatment group three increased the most(P<0.05).The pH and yeast count of each treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with treatment group two showing the best inhibitory effect on yeast and mold(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of aerobic exposure,the pH,E.coli,yeast,and mold counts of treatment groups one and two were significantly lower than those of the control group.In summary,the three types of lactobacilli effectively improved the quality of sugarcane tail silage through metabolic synergy,with the best effect observed when added in a ratio of 1∶2∶1.
