摘要
在对线路基础人工挖孔桩施工督查过程中,发现施工人员未正确使用人工挖孔桩摇架逆止装置的严禁类违章情况呈多发趋势,逆止装置是否发挥作用,全靠施工人员手动频繁操作,一旦施工人员遗忘关合逆止杆,逆止装置便失效。研制了一种新型人工挖孔桩提土摇架逆止装置,有正转、反转两种状态,摇架加装后只能在这两种状态下切换,使逆止装置时刻处于生效状态,不受施工人员意识、技能水平影响。
In the process of supervising the construction of manual excavation piles for line foundations,it was found that the construction personnel did not correctly use the reverse device of the manual excavation pile rocking frame,which is a strictly prohibited violation,and there is a trend of frequent violations.After research,it has been found that most of the soil lifting and shaking devices currently used on transmission line construction sites are extremely simple and do not have automatic closing functions.The effectiveness of the reverse device depends entirely on the frequent manual operation of the construction personnel.Once the construction personnel forget to close the reverse rod,the reverse device will fail.This paper aims to develop a new type of artificial excavation pile soil lifting rocking frame reverse device,which has two states:forward rotation and reverse rotation.After the rocking frame is installed,it can only switch between these two states,so that the reverse device is always in effect and is not affected by the consciousness and skill level of the construction personnel.
