摘要
基于地级市层面的规模以上工业能源消耗数据,核算出118个资源型城市2006—2021年的工业能源碳排放,构建能源消费结构的绿色质量指标(GREENQ下文简称绿色质量指标).结合双变量空间自相关分析等方法和STIRPAT模型等,揭示时序上能源绿色转型与碳排放之间的空间交互和耦合特征,探究能源绿色转型对资源型城市碳排放的影响机制.研究发现:①能源消费结构作为核心解释变量,与碳排放呈显著负相关;控制变量中,能源效率、经济发展水平则与碳排放呈显著正相关,环境规制则对碳排放呈显著负向效应;②中国资源型城市工业能源碳排放整体呈现加速上升、缓慢波动上升和下降与停滞的发展态势;③绿色质量指标空间分异与碳排放关联特征明显,呈现多极化集聚,绿色质量指标与地区的资源指向具有一致性,是其内部资源禀赋空间差异的复现.最后从调整能源消费结构,加强创新要素集聚,提高能源效率等方面提出对策建议,促进“双碳”目标引领能源转型革命,构建面向未来的绿色高效能源系统.
Based on the energy consumption data of large-scale industrial enterprises at the prefecture-level city level,this study calculated the industrial energy carbon emissions of 118 resource-based cities from 2006 to 2021.It constructed a green quality index of energy consumption structure(GREENQ,hereinafter referred to as the green quality index),and combined with bivariate spatial autocorrelation analysis and the STIRPAT model,etc.,to reveal the spatial interaction and coupling characteristics between energy green transformation and carbon emissions over time,and to explore the mechanism of the impact of energy green transformation on carbon emissions in resource-based cities.The study found that:(1)As the core explanatory variable,the energy consumption structure is significantly negatively correlated with carbon emissions;among the control variables,energy efficiency and economic development level are significantly positively correlated with carbon emissions,while environmental regulation has a significant negative effect on carbon emissions.(2)The industrial energy carbon emissions of resource-based cities in China have shown a development trend of accelerating increase,slow fluctuating increase,decline and stagnation over time.(3)The spatial differentiation of the green quality index is significantly correlated with carbon emissions,showing a multi-polar agglomeration pattern.The green quality index is consistent with the resource orientation of the region and reflects the spatial differences in internal resource endowments.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as adjusting the energy consumption structure,strengthening the agglomeration of innovation elements,and improving energy efficiency,to promote the energy transformation revolution led by the“dual carbon”strategy and build a green and efficient energy system for the future.
