摘要
中国已经进入老龄社会阶段,数字化整体转型正带动生产方式、生活方式、治理方式的变革。数智化背景下老年教育能帮助老年人更好地克服“数字鸿沟”,增长知识、拓展能力、融入社会、服务社会,提升生活生命质量,促进老年人自由而全面发展。研究分析数智化背景下老年教育面临的挑战和机遇,发现开放大学在老年教育中的独特优势,“大学+平台+体系”的特征使得开放大学开展老年教育成为历史必然,应从学科体系建设、平台数字化转型、完善组织建设、社会积极参与、示范宣传推广等路径推动老年教育高质量发展。
China has entered the stage of an ageing society,and the overall transformation of digitization leads to changes in the modes of production,life,and governance.Elderly education in the context of digitization can help the elderly better overcome the“digital divide”,increase knowledge,expand abilities,integrate into the society,serve the society,improve the quality of life,and promote the free and comprehensive development of the elderly.Unique advantages of the Open University in the elderly educatio are proposed based on the analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by the elderly education in the context of digitization.The characteristics of“university+platform+system”make it historically inevitable for open universities to carry out gerontological education,and the high-quality development of gerontological education can be promoted through the construction of disciplinary systems,the digital transformation of platforms,the improvement of organizational construction,active participation by society,and the promotion of demonstration and publicity.
