摘要
百万扩招背景下建立和完善高职院校学生的学习支持服务非常迫切和必要。文章从描述信息、学术性支持和非学术性支持三个方面进行访谈和调查,结果显示,当前高职学生学习支持服务存在的问题表现在不能满足高职学生的差异化需求、支持服务体系管理不力、学术性支持服务固化、非学术性支持服务缺乏等,提出从具体目标、内生动力、有力保障、核心内容和重要支撑等方面进行优化。
It is very urgent and necessary to establish and improve the learning support service of higher vocational colleges under the background of one million expansion.This study interviews and surveys the three aspects of descriptive information,academic support and non-academic support.It is found that the current problems of vocational students'learning support services are manifested in the inability to meet the differentiated needs of vocational students,the weak support service system management consolidation of academic support services,solidification of academic support services,lack of non-academic support services,etc.The students'learning support services can be optimized from specific goals,endogenous power,strong guarantees,core content and important support,etc.
