摘要
作为新一轮科技革命的关键技术,人工智能正成为企业培育新质生产力的重要途径。本文从动态能力视角构建人工智能赋能企业新质生产力生成的理论机制,分析其在不同企业内外部体制下的效应差异,并利用中国上市企业微观数据进行实证检验。研究发现:(1)人工智能显著提升企业新质生产力水平;(2)人工智能通过提升企业的吸收能力、创新能力和适应能力来推动企业新质生产力的发展;(3)在高管股权激励强度大、管理层短视主义弱、内部控制质量高、政府支持力度大、数字经济发展水平高、知识产权保护完善的企业中,人工智能对企业新质生产力的赋能效应更为显著。本文研究结果揭示了人工智能赋能企业新质生产力的影响机制及体制依赖,为优化企业内外部体制、发挥人工智能在新质生产力生成中的作用提供了理论与现实依据。
As a key technology in the new round of technological revolution,artificial intelligence is becoming an important way for enterprises to cultivate new quality productivity.This paper constructs a theoretical mechanism of artificial intelligence empowering the generation of new quality productivity in enterprises from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,analyzes the effect differences under different internal and external systems of enterprises,and conducts empirical tests using microdata of Chinese listed companies.The research findings are as follows:(1)artificial intelligence significantly enhances the level of new quality productivity in enterprises;(2)artificial intelligence promotes the development of new quality productivity in enterprises by enhancing the absorptive capacity,innovation capacity,and adaptability of enterprises;(3)the empowering effect of AI is more pronounced in enterprises characterized by stronger executive equity incentives,weaker managerial short-termism,higher internal control quality,greater government support,more advanced digital economy development,and better intellectual property protection.The research results reveal the influence mechanism and system dependence of artificial intelligence empowering new quality productivity in enterprises,providing theoretical and practical basis for optimizing the internal and external systems of enterprises and giving full play to the role of artificial intelligence in the generation of new quality productivity.
