摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加速,交通系统的有效运营对国家和地区的发展至关重要。本研究以广深铁路为代表企业,采用熵权法对其2018年至2023年的综合绩效进行评估。研究发现,广深铁路在财务维度、客户维度、内部业务流程维度、学习与成长维度以及社会责任维度上存在波动和挑战,如广深铁路存在财务不稳定和内部运营效率低下等问题。最后,针对这些问题提出加强财务管理等建议,以期为企业提供参考。
With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the effective operation of the transportation system is crucial for the development of the country and regions.This study uses the entropy weight method to evaluate the comprehensive performance of Guangzhou Shenzhen Railway as a representative enterprise from 2018 to 2023.Research has found that there are fluctuations and challenges in the financial,customer,internal business process,learning and growth,and social responsibility dimensions of the Guangzhou Shenzhen Railway,such as financial instability and low internal operational efficiency.Finally,suggestions such as strengthening financial management are proposed to address these issues,in order to provide reference for enterprises.
