摘要
社会流动作为衡量社会公平与活力的核心指标,其畅通程度与教育资源配置状态存在深度耦合关系。本文基于全国22个省份2008-2023年的面板数据,结合CFPS(中国家庭追踪调查)微观样本,系统探究教育资源均衡配置对社会流动的影响机制。研究发现:教育资源均衡度每提升1个单位,代际收入弹性显著降低0.12(社会流动阻力减弱),子代职业地位超越父代的概率增加9.3%。通过构建“资源配置-机会获取-能力转化-社会流动”的传导模型,实证检验显示:师资均衡可使城乡学生学业成就差异缩小17%,设施共享能提升农村学生优质教育资源获取率23%,经费均等化对低收入家庭子女高等教育入学率的促进作用达11.5%。研究针对当前资源配置中存在的“结构性失衡”“政策执行梗阻”等困境,提出“三维均衡+政策协同”的优化路径,为破解阶层固化、促进社会公平提供理论支撑与实践范式。
As the core index to measure social equity and vitality,social mobility has a deep coupling relationship with the allocation of educational resources.Based on the panel data of 22 provinces in China from 2008 to 2023,combined with the micro sample of CFPS(China family tracking survey),this paper systematically explores the impact mechanism of balanced allocation of educational resources on social mobility.The study found that:for each unit of education resource balance,the intergenerational income elasticity decreased significantly by 0.12(the resistance to social mobility weakened),and the probability of children’s occupation status surpassing their parents increased by 9.3%.By constructing the transmission model of“resource allocation-opportunity acquisition-ability transformation-social mobility”,the empirical test shows that:the balance of teachers can reduce the difference between urban and rural students’academic achievement by 17%,the sharing of facilities can improve the acquisition rate of high-quality educational resources for rural students by 23%,and the promotion effect of fund equalization on the enrollment rate of higher education for children from low-income families is 11.5%.Aiming at the difficulties of“structural imbalance”and“policy implementation obstruction”existing in the current resource allocation,this paper proposes the optimization path of“three-dimensional equilibrium+policy coordination”,which provides theoretical support and practical paradigm for solving the problem of class solidification and promoting social equity.
