摘要
目的探究渴络欣胶囊及缬沙坦胶囊对糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者的疗效及对患者肾功能、血清炎症因子的影响。方法纳入安阳市中医院肾内科2021年1月至2023年3月收治的105例糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组、联合用药组。两组患者均接受综合治疗及二甲双胍治疗,在此基础上对照组(52例)接受缬沙坦胶囊治疗,联合用药组患者(53例)接受渴络欣胶囊结合缬沙坦胶囊治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候总积分、肾功能指标、尿微量蛋白水平及血清炎症因子水平、用药不良反应。结果联合用药组总有效率(92.45%)比对照组(76.92%)高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者中医证候总积分、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿微量蛋白水平、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-18(IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的中医证候总积分、BUN、Scr、尿微量蛋白、IL-6、IL-18、hs-CRP水平均改善,治疗后联合用药组患者中医证候总积分、BUN、Scr、尿微量蛋白、IL-6、IL-18、hs-CRP水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗过程中出现1例恶心,联合用药组未见不良反应,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论渴络欣胶囊结合缬沙坦胶囊治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀证糖尿病肾病效果甚佳,该治疗方案有助于改善患者肾功能,利于患者恢复,且不良反应少。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Keluoxin capsule and valsartan capsule on the patients with diabetes nephropathy with Qi Yin Deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and the influence on the renal function and serum inflammatory factors of the patients.Methods A total of 105 patients with diabetic nephropathy with Qi Yin Deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2023 were included.They were randomly divided into the control group and the combined medication group by random number table method.Both groups received comprehensive treatment and metformin therapy.Additionally,the control group(52 cases)was administered valsartan capsules,while the combined medication group(53 cases)received a combination of Keluoxin capsules and valsartan capsules.The clinical efficacy,the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes before and after treatment,renal function indicators,urine microprotein levels,serum inflammatory factor levels,and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined medication group(92.45%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),urine microprotein levels,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-18(IL-18),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of total Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,BUN,Scr,urine microprotein,IL-6,IL-18,and hs-CRP in both groups improved.After treatment,the levels of total Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,BUN,Scr,urine microprotein,IL-6,IL-18,and hs-CRP in the combined medication group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment process,one case of nausea occurred in the control group,while no adverse reactions were observed in the combined medication group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Keluoxin capsules and valsartan capsules is highly effective in treating diabetic nephropathy with Qi Yin Deficiency and blood stasis.This treatment plan helps improve the patient’s renal function,facilitates their recovery,and has few adverse reactions.
