摘要
目的:随着医学科技及材料、生产技术的快速发展,医用耗材在临床应用越来越广泛,为患者麻醉及手术治疗提供了更加安全便捷的保障。但医用耗材的品种规格繁多,在临床管理上存在一些不足,影响精细化的管理落实。方法:本研究借助信息化的方法,应用UDI码进行耗材管理,从而设置麻醉耗材套包、手术耗材套包的管理加以改进。结果:通过合理设置耗材套包清单,术前扫码定制耗材套包,使用中再次扫码确认耗材使用项目,实现耗材使用登记及时准确,收费精确,不仅减轻了医护的工作强度,提高了质量安全,降低了耗材错漏收率,且全程可追溯,达到了精细化管理的要求。结论:采用麻醉耗材套包、手术耗材套包管理模式,依托信息化系统的支持,全程优化耗材管理工作,可降低麻醉耗材手术耗材使用中的不良事件,杜绝错漏收费的发生,为医用耗材的精细化管理提供了新思路。
Objective:With the rapid development of medical technology,materials,and production techniques,medical consumables are becoming increasingly widely used in clinical practice,providing safer and more convenient guarantees for patient anesthesia and surgical treatment.However,the variety and specifications of medical consumables are diverse,and there are some shortcomings in clinical management,which affect the implementation of refined management.Methods:This study utilized information technology to apply UDI codes for consumables management,thereby improving the management of anesthesia and surgical consumables packages.Results:By setting up a reasonable list of consumables packages,customizing consumables packages by scanning the code before surgery,and confirming the consumables usage items by scanning the code again during use,timely and accurate registration of consumables usage was achieved,with precise charges.This not only reduced the workload of medical staff,improved quality and safety,but also reduced the rate of consumables errors and omissions,and the entire process was traceable,meeting the requirements of refined management.Conclusion:By adopting the management mode of anesthesia consumables package and surgical consumables package,relying on the support of information systems,and optimizing the management of consumables throughout the process,adverse events in the use of anesthesia consumables and surgical consumables can be reduced,and the occurrence of wrong or missed charges can be eliminated.This provides innovative ideas for the fine management of medical consumables.
