摘要
目的:探讨数字化管理在高压氧医疗设备使用及维修保养中的应用价值。方法:选取2024年1月~10月以及2023年1月~10月针对高压氧设备进行维保的相关记录各100条,其中2024年1月~10月使用数字化管理者纳入观察组,2023年1月~10月应用常规管理者纳入对照组。对照组针对高压氧设备进行常规维修保养,观察组针对高压氧设备维修保养实施数字化管理。比较两组高压氧设备管理效率,统计两组高压氧设备操作规范化、使用规范化和维护保养规范化比例。结果:观察组设备使用过程规范和设备使用登记完整比例高于对照组(P<0.05),设备使用故障率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组高压氧设备操作规范化、使用规范化和维护保养规范化比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧医疗设备实施数字化管理,可显著提高高压氧使用过程的规范性、登记完整性,降低设备使用故障率,确保高压氧设备操作规范化、使用规范化和维护保养规范化。
Objective:To explore the application value of digital management in the use and maintenance of hyperbaric oxygen medical equipment.Methods:Select 100 relevant records of maintenance of hyperbaric oxygen equipment from January to October 2024 and from January to October 2023.Those who used digital management within January to October 2024 were included in the observation group,while those who used conventional management within January to October 2023 were included in the control group.The control group carried out routine maintenance for hyperbaric oxygen equipment,while the observation group carried out digital management for hyperbaric oxygen equipment maintenance.Compare the management efficiency of hyperbaric oxygen equipment between the two groups,and count the proportion of standardized operation,use and maintenance of hyperbaric oxygen equipment between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the proportion of standardized equipment use process and equipment use registration was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the failure rate of equipment use was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of standardized operation,standardized use and standardized maintenance of hyperbaric oxygen equipment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital management of hyperbaric oxygen medical equipment can significantly improve the standardization and registration integrity of hyperbaric oxygen use process,reduce the failure rate of equipment use,and ensure the standardization of hyperbaric oxygen equipment operation,use and maintenance.
