摘要
临床专科能力建设是提升基层医院综合服务能力的关键路径。文章基于“防-筛-管-治-康”五位一体的全周期管理理论,系统梳理了黄山市中医医院结节专科在功能定位、体系建设、服务优化及管理实践方面的经验,涵盖国医大师徐经世团队引入、中西医结合诊疗路径制定、诊疗闭环流程建设等内容。实践表明,该专科建设有效提升了医院对良恶性结节的规范化管理能力,在服务能力、诊疗效率、患者满意度等方面均取得积极成效,为基层医院打造高质量、特色化专病专科提供了范例。
The development of clinical specialty capacity is a critical pathway to enhancing the overall service ca-pability of primary-level hospitals.Based on the five-in-one full-cycle management model-comprising prevention,screening,management,treatment,and rehabilitation-this study systematically summarizes our hospital’s practice in establishing a dedicated nodule specialty.The paper outlines key strategies and experiences related to functional positioning,system construction,service optimization,and management operations.These include the integration of a National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine expert team,the development of a combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic and treatment pathway,and the establishment of a closed-loop clinical workflow.Practical outcomes demonstrate that the construction of this specialty significantly improved the hospital’s capac-ity for standardized management of both benign and malignant nodules,yielding positive results in service delivery,treatment efficiency,and patient satisfaction.This model provides a replicable example for the development of high-quality,disease-specific specialty departments in primary hospitals.
