摘要
结节病是一种可累及全身多器官和系统的慢性肉芽肿性疾病,常累及肺部、肺门淋巴结,也可累及肺外器官,其病因和发病机制不明,临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断需要从临床、影像、病理等多个角度综合考虑,因此容易出现误诊、漏诊。本文对结节病的流行病学、发病机制、肺外表现、诊断评估和治疗方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高临床医生对于结节病的认识,提升临床诊疗水平。
Sarcoidosis is a chronic systemic granulomatous disease that can involve multiple organs,most frequently affecting the lungs and hilar lymph nodes,and also presenting extrapulmonary manifestations.The etiology and pathogenesis of sarcoidosis remain unclear.Considering the non-specific clinical presentation,a diagnosis of sarcoidosis is usually made comprehensively from clinical,radiological,and histopathological evaluations.As a result,there may have misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis.This article thoroughly reviewed recent advances in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,extrapulmonary involvement,diagnostic evaluation,and therapeutic management of sarcoidosis,with the goal of improving clinicians'understanding and optimizing clinical decision-making for this complex disorder.
