摘要
目的:基于五运六气理论分析老年性骨质疏松症患者出生日期运气的分布规律。方法:收集2022年1月至2025年1月就诊的老年性骨质疏松症患者共674例,推算并统计分析其出生日期的五运六气分布规律。结果:674名老年性骨质疏松症患者的出生日期在天干、岁运、主运和主气分布上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),出生日期在司天、在泉、客运、客气分布上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其中,天干为丙年的最多(13.2%,89/674),岁运为水运太过的最多(13.2%,89/674),主运为少土和少金的最多(均为12.6%,85/674),主气为太阴湿土的最多(21.7%,144/674)。结论:老年性骨质疏松症的罹患与其出生日期的五运六气存在相关性,出生日期天干为丙年、岁运为水运太过、主运为少土或少金之运、主气为太阴湿土者,更易于罹患老年性骨质疏松症。基于此规律有利于早期识别老年性骨质疏松症易患人群,及早干预,减少发病。
Objective:To explore the distribution pattern of circuit Qi endowment at birth date in senile osteoporosis patients based on the theory of five circuits and six Qi.Methods:A total of 674 senile osteoporosis patients from January 2022 to January 2025 were collected,and the distribution patterns of the five circuits and six Qi of their birth dates were projected and statistically analyzed.Results:The differences between the birth dates of 674 senile osteoporosis patients were statistically significant in the distributions of the Heavenly Stem,the circuit of year,the dominant circuit,and the dominant Qi(P<o.o5).and the differences between the birth dates in the distributions of the Si-Tian,the Zai-Quan,the vip circuit.and the vip Qi were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Among them,the birth year of Bing(the 3rd of the ten heavenly stems)was predominated in the heavenly stems.and the cases accounted for 13.2%(89/674);the exces sive water circuit was predominated in the yearly circuit.and the cases accounted for 13.2%(89/674);the deficient earth circuit and deficient gold circuit were predominated in the predominant circuit(both 12.6%-85/674);and the Taiyin Wet-Earth was predominated in the dominant Qi.and the cases accounted for 21.7%(144/674).Conclusion:There is a correlation betwcen the development of senile osteoporosis and the circuit Qi endowment of the birth date:those with a birth date with the year of Bing.a yearly circuit of the excessive water circuit.a dominant circuit of the deficient earth or deficient gold,and a dominant Qi of the Taiyin Wet Earth.are more prone to develop senile osteoporosis.This correlation provides abasis for the early identification of high-risk populations for senile osteoporosis,thereby facilitating early intervention and reducing the incidence of the disease.
