摘要
【目的】基于五运六气理论探讨结直肠腺瘤性息肉患者出生时间运气的分布规律,总结该类患者先天运气禀赋特点,以指导中医临床诊疗。【方法】收集2019年1月到2020年12月深圳市中医院电子病历系统中结直肠腺瘤性息肉患者1288例,对其出生时间的五运六气各要素分布情况进行统计分析。【结果】1288例结直肠腺瘤性息肉患者出生时间的岁运分布方面,生于火运不及最多[161例(12.50%)],生于水运太过最少[105例(8.15%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主运分布方面,生于四运(金运)最多[320例(24.84%)],生于初运(木运)最少[204例(15.84%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。主气分布方面,生于太阴湿土最多[267例(20.73%)],生于厥阴风木最少[174例(13.51%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】结直肠腺瘤性息肉的罹患可能与出生时的运气禀赋有一定的关系,其中以出生时岁运为火运不及、主运为四运(金运)、主气为太阴湿土之人易患结直肠腺瘤性息肉,其原因可能与该类人群先天阳气不足、肺气易失宣发,易受寒、湿之邪侵袭而客于大肠有关。
Objective To explore the distribution patterns of circuit qi at birth in patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps based on the theory of five circuits and six qi(five evolutive phases and six climatic factors),and to summarize the characteristics of their innate circuit qi endowment,so as to provide reference to the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The relevant information of 1288 patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps in the electronic medical record system of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected,and then statistical analysis for the distribution of each element of the five circuits and six qi at birth was conducted.Results In terms of the distribution of suiyun(yearly evolutive phase)at birth in 1288 patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps,most of the patients[161 cases(12.50%)]were borned at the time of huoyun(fire phase)deficiency and less[105 cases(8.15%)]were borned at the time of shuiyun(water phase)excess,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the distribution of the zhuyun(regular yearly evolutive phase),most of the patients[320 cases(24.84%)]were born in the fourth evolutive phase(mental phase)and less[204 cases(15.84%)]were born in the initial evolutive phase(wood phase),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of the distribution of zhuqi(regular yearly circuit qi),most of the patients[267 cases(20.73%)]were born at the date with the predominant circuit qi of taiyin damp-earth and less[174 cases(13.51%)]were born at the date with the predominant circuit qi of jueyin wind-wood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Colorectal adenomatous polyps may be related to the endowment circuit qi at birth.The population born at the date with suiyun of fire-phase deficiency,zhuyun of mental phase and zhuqi of taiyin damp-earth are prone to suffer from colorectal adenomatous polyps,which may be related to the deficiency of congenital yang-qi,lung qi failing in dispersing,susceptibility to be invaded by cold,and dampness invading and retaining in the large intestine.
