摘要
针对现阶段轨道交通的市场变化及轨交运维中产生的一系列痛点问题,需就轨交智能运维提出体系化方案,轨道医院2.0是实现相关目标的较好方案。同时,结合近年来人工智能,工业物联网等技术的快速发展,探讨轨道医院2.0体系后续的优化方向。通过走访关联企业及各地城轨运营公司,探索轨交医院2.0架构,项目经济性,取得相关实证数据。同时,结合列车耦合大系统动力学相关理论,对轨交医院四大功能中心进行深入剖析,展示功能实现原理。轨道医院2.0运维平台建设使轨交运维市场高人力成本、高维修成本、运营缺陷难以主动预防控制等问题能得到有效缓解,同时能实现较好的经济效益和综合运营效益。通过融合人工智能、高精度传感器、跨专业耦合分析等技术手段,该类效益能够得到进一步提升。后续通过引入融资租赁,推动维修共享等模式,能加快轨道医院2.0产品的推广使用。
In response to the current market changes in the field of urban rail transit and a series of pain points arising from its operation and maintenance,it is necessary to propose a systematic solution for intelligent operation and maintenance of urban rail transit.Urban Rail Hospital 2.0 is considered an effective solution to achieve related goals.At the same time,with the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence and industrial Internet of Things in recent years,this paper discusses the future optimization direction of the Urban Rail Hospital 2.0 system.By visiting related enterprises and urban rail transit companies in various regions,this paper explores the architecture of Urban Rail Hospital 2.0,the economic nature of the project,and obtains relevant empirical data.In addition,combined with the theory of train coupling large system dynamics,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the four major functional centers of the Urban Rail Hospital,demonstrating the principles of functional implementation.The construction of the Urban Rail Hospital 2.0 operation and maintenance platform can effectively alleviate issues such as high labor costs,high maintenance costs,and difficulties in proactively preventing and controlling operational defects in the urban rail transit operation and maintenance market.It also achieves good economic benefits and comprehensive operational benefits.By integrating technological means such as artificial intelligence and high-precision sensors,these benefits can be further enhanced.Subsequently,by introducing financial leasing and promoting maintenance sharing models,the promotion and use of Urban Rail Hospital 2.0 products can be accelerated.
