摘要
试验旨在探究高能饲粮对肉兔生长性能和脂肪代谢的影响。选取96只断奶健康伊拉肉兔,随机分为2组,每组48个重复,每个重复1只兔。对照组饲粮消化能为10.25 MJ/kg,高能饲粮组饲粮消化能为10.75 MJ/kg。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,高能饲粮显著降低了肉兔的平均日采食量(P<0.05),显著提高了肉兔粗脂肪表观消化率(P<0.05)。高能饲粮显著提高了肉兔的肩胛脂肪重、肾周脂肪重、肝脏重、肩胛脂肪沉积率、肾周脂肪沉积率和肝脏指数(P<0.05)。高能饲粮显著提高了肉兔血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05);显著上调了肝脏中脂肪酸合成酶和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶基因的表达(P<0.05),显著下调了激素敏感性脂肪酶和脂蛋白脂肪酶基因的表达(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲喂高能饲粮能够降低肉兔的平均日采食量,提高粗脂肪表观消化率和机体脂肪的沉积,促进肉兔肝脏中脂肪酸的合成,降低脂类分解,导致肝脏重量增加。
The study aimed to investigate the effects of a high-energy diet on the growth performance and fat metabolism in meat rabbits.A toatl of 96 healthy weaned Ira meat rabbits were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 replicates per group and one rabbit per replicate.The control group was fed a diet with of 10.25 MJ/kg of digestible energy,while the high-energy diet group was fed a diet with of 10.75 MJ/kg of digestible energy.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,high-energy diet was significantly reduced average daily feed intake of meat rabbits(P<0.05),significantly increased crude fat apparent digestibility of meat rabbits(P<0.05).High-energy diet were significantly increased scapular fat weight,perirenal fat weight,liver weight,scapular fat deposition rate,perirenal fat deposition rate,and liver index of meat rabbits(P<0.05).High-energy diet were significantly increased the triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein concentrations in meat rabbit serum(P<0.05),significantly up-regulation expression of fatty acid synthase and acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase genes in the liver(P<0.05),and significantly down-regulation expression of hormone-sensitive lipase and lipoprotein lipase genes(P<0.05).The study shows that feeding a high-energy diet can reduce the average daily feed intake of meat rabbits,improve the apparent digestibility of crude fat and the deposition of body fat,promote the synthesis process of fatty acids in the liver of meat rabbits and reduce the process of lipid breakdown,leading to an increase in liver weight.
