摘要
继电器作为电力控制系统中的关键元件,其稳定性和可靠性对整个系统有重要的影响。文章提出了一种继电器调试机构设计,集成测试滑道、拨叉推料机构、检测机构、不良品收集与良品出料机构等模块,实现了继电器调试的自动化与智能化。试验结果表明,调试机构显著提高了调试效率与精度,降低了人工成本,为继电器制造企业的转型升级提供技术支持。
As a key component in power control systems,relays significantly affect overall system stability and reliability.This paper presents a relay debugging mechanism design integrating a test slide,fork feeding mechanism,detection unit,defective product collector,and qualified product discharger.It enables automated and intelligent relay debugging.Tests show the mechanism markedly boosts efficiency and accuracy,cuts labor costs,and provides technical support for the transformation and upgrading of relay manufacturers.
