摘要
继电器的超行程,是影响继电器正常工作和可靠性的主要参数之一。在继电器的制造过程中,超行程必须在规定的范围内,否则为次品。因此,为了提高良品率,需要对超行程进行调整。在对其调整过程的物理本质进行分析的基础上,将其归结为具有随机死区的控制问题,设计了一种易行的迭代自学习控制方法。仿真和现场应用结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Overtravel is one of the main factors which affect the normal work and reliability of the relay. In the manufacturing process of the relay, overtravel must be within the prescribed limits, otherwise unqualified. Therefore, in order to improve the pass rate, the overtravel need to be adjusted. Based on the analysis of physical nature of its adjustment process, it is attributed to a random dead-zone control problem, and a practical iterative self-learning control(ILC) method is designed. Simulation and field application results verify the validity of the method.
