摘要
数字化转型已经成为推动中国经济高质量发展的重要驱动力。本文以2017—2022年我国沪深A股上市公司数据为样本,探究城市营商环境对企业数字化转型的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,城市营商环境优化可以有效推动企业数字化转型;机制检验表明,城市营商环境优化通过显著增加企业研发支出和促进企业人力资本结构升级,进而推动企业数字化转型;异质性分析发现,城市营商环境优化对企业数字化转型的促进作用在非国有企业和制造业企业中更加显著。本文进一步拓展了宏观制度环境对微观企业的影响研究,对于持续优化城市营商环境、推动企业数字化转型和实现经济高质量发展也具有一定的启示意义。
Digital transformation has become an important driving force for promoting high-quality development of the Chinese economy.Based on the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed during 2017 to 2022,this study investigates the internal mechanism and the influence of business environment on the digital transformation of enterprises and its mechanism.The results show that,the business environment optimization can promote the digital transformation of enterprises.Mechanism test shows that the business environment mainly promote the digital transformation of enterprises by increasing enterprise R&D expenditure and promoting the upgrading of enterprise human capital structure.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect is more significant in non state-owned and manufacturing enterprises.This will expand the theoretical perspective of the impact of macro institutional environment on micro enterprises,and also provides certain implications for continuously optimizing the urban business environment,promoting enterprises’digital transformation and realizing high-quality economic development.
