突发灾害场景下的应急遥感灾情监测与备灾研究——以四川筠连“2·8”高位滑坡为例

摘要 为了有效提高突发灾害场景下的应急抢险救援效率,该文利用高空卫星与低空无人机技术,对四川筠连县“2·8”高位滑坡开展应急遥感灾情监测与备灾研究。结果表明:滑坡呈“V”形,东西长约991 m,南北宽约257 m,高差约440 m,解译滑坡面积约0.18 km^(2),碎屑堆积体长约1.18 km,两侧堆积厚度约5 m,沟道厚度约10~20 m、体积逾10万m^(3),摧毁公路约240 m、房屋17处、矿山1处。划定3处重点搜救区,优选3条救援生命线,可设筠连县第二中学、沐爱中学、沐爱小学为临时转移安置场所。该研究证实,基于遥感技术的灾情评估与应急备灾准备可显著提升突发滑坡应急抢险与安置效率。 To effectively improve emergency response and rescue efficiency in sudden disaster scenarios,high-altitude satellite and low-altitude drone technology are utilized to conduct emergency remote sensing disaster monitoring and disaster preparedness research on the“2·8”high-altitude landslide in Junlian County,Sichuan Province.The results indicate that the landslide forms a“V”shape,with an east-west length of approximately 991 meters,a north-south width of approximately 257 meters,and a vertical displacement of approximately 440 meters.The interpreted landslide area is approximately 0.18 square kilometers,with debris accumulation extending approximately 1.18 kilometers in length and a thickness of approximately 5 meters on both sides.the channel thickness is approximately 10-20 m,with a volume exceeding 100,000 m^(3),destroying approximately 240 m of road,17 buildings,and 1 mine.Three key search and rescue zones were identified,and three optimal rescue routes were selected.Junlian County Second Middle School,Muai Middle School,and Muai Primary School can be designated as temporary evacuation and relocation sites.This study confirms that disaster assessment and emergency preparedness based on remote sensing technology can significantly enhance the efficiency of emergency response and relocation efforts for sudden landslides.
