摘要
智慧图书馆在培养守正创新文化自信、人机共生思维与人工智能素养的新质馆员方面潜力巨大。梳理新质生产力和智慧图书馆的核心要素,包括以新质馆员为保障、新型基础设施为支撑、数据为核心、创新为驱动力,同时论证新质生产力通过核心要素赋能智慧图书馆高质量发展的逻辑关系。在此基础上,提出新质生产力赋能智慧图书馆的实现路径。新质生产力背景下的智慧图书馆建设以新质馆员为保障、新型基础设施为支撑、数据为核心、创新为驱动力,为智慧图书馆的发展提供了坚实的人力支撑、技术基础和创新动力。图书馆要在现有基础设施条件下,以习近平文化思想为源泉,培养新质馆员;多元协同,共享升级基础设施;重塑理念,共建共享共创数据要素;开展全方位素养教育,为推动实施国家文化数字化战略,谱写中国式现代化文化服务新篇章贡献力量。
Smart libraries hold immense potential in cultivating a culture of innovation and confidence,fostering human-machine symbiosis thinking,and developing artificial intelligence literacy among new-generation librarians.By identifying the core elements of new-quality productivity and smart libraries—including new-generation librarians as the foundation,new infrastructure as the support,data as the core,and innovation as the driving force—this study examines the logical relationship through which new-quality productivity empowers the high-quality development of smart libraries.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes a practical pathway for leveraging new-quality productivity to enhance smart library development.The construction of smart libraries under the backdrop of new-type productivity is underpinned by new-type librarians,supported by new infrastructure,centered on data,and driven by innovation,providing a solid human resource foundation,technological basis,and innovative momentum for the development of smart libraries.Libraries should cultivate new-quality librarians based on Xi Jinping Thought on Culture under existing infrastructure conditions;promote multi-party collaboration and shared upgrading of infrastructure;reshape concepts and jointly build,share,and co-create data elements;promote comprehensive literacy education to support the implementation of the national cultural digitization strategy and contribute to writing a new chapter in culturally empowered Chinese-style modernization.
