适老化社区园林景观设计优化路径探析——基于文献研究和思考

摘要 近年来,中央财政持续资助部分城市开展城市更新项目,旨在探索并建立可持续的城市更新机制,以改善城市基础设施条件。结合第七次全国人口普查数据预测,至2035年,60岁及以上人口占比将超过30%。为提高老旧社区的居住适宜性,并响应国家在2025年之前建成5000个示范性“老年友好型社区”的目标,拟从城市更新政策的视角出发,结合适老化社区的特征,对园林景观设计的优化路径进行探讨。研究的核心目的在于探索城市更新与适老化设计的协同效应,全面考虑适老化社区居民群体的分布及社区活动需求,从功能、安全、生态、文化、管理5个维度出发,提出园林景观设计的优化策略。这些策略包括绿植疗愈、智能化健康监测公共设施、以康复为主题的花园设计、跨代社交生态的重构、智慧感知环境的打造、地域文化认同的重塑以及仪式空间的再造等理念。通过这些措施,旨在促进社会效益与经济效益的双重提升。 In recent years,the central government has continuously funded some cities to carry out urban renewal projects,aiming to explore and establish a sustainable urban renewal mechanism to address deficiencies urban infrastructure.Combined with the data prediction of the seventh national census,the proportion of the population aged 60 and above will exceed 30%by 2035.In order to improve the habitability of old communities and respond to the national goal of building 5000 demonstration"age-friendly communities"by 2025,this paper aims to explore the optimization path of garden landscape design from the perspective of urban renewal policy,combined with the characteristics of age-friendly communities.The core purpose of the study is to explore the synergistic effect of urban renewal and age-friendly design,to consider the distribution of the age-friendly community population group and demand for community activities comprehensively,and to put forward the optimization strategy of garden landscape design from five dimensions:function,safety,ecology,culture,and management.These strategies include concept of green plant therapy,intelligent health detection public facilities,rehabilitation-themed garden design,the reconstruction of intergenerational social ecology,the creation of smart sensing environment,the shaping of local cultural identity,and the regeneration of ritual space.Through these measures,it aims to promote the dual improvement of social benefits and economic benefits.
